In your review, we ask that you assess the paper's strengths and weaknesses and provide comments on both its technical merit and contribution to regional science. For the JRS, it is important that the paper be an important extension or new insight and not just a small addition to the existing literature. Please keep in mind that our acceptance rate is currently in the 10-15 percent range when providing your guidance. We need to publish papers that are both interesting to the broad international readership and that are technically sound. The journal has adopted a Free Format submission policy, enabling authors to submit their manuscript in whichever format they choose, as long as it is readable and understandable by editors and reviewers. Please take this into consideration when reviewing the manuscript and try to avoid commenting on aspects of the formatting or style. On the review page, there is a space for "Comments to Editor" and a space for "Comments to the Author." Please be sure to answer all questions and paste your comments to the author in the appropriate space or upload them as an attachment. 这是接受审稿后给发的邮件，基本是要求一个半月的审稿时间，编辑硕士10-15%的接收率。

在发表记看了众多投稿经验，今天也来回馈下。 投稿：2022年10月24日 major revision: 2023年3月19日 修回：2023年5月30日 minor revision: 2023年9月30日 编辑修改意见：2023年11月20日 修回：2024年1月15日 接受：2024年2月8日 总的来看，期刊水平很高，审稿人也很专业，提出了很多建设性意见。第一轮意见返回大概半年，后续基本2个月返回意见。尽管总时长很长，但是中间我修回节奏比较慢，正常流程8个月以上。无版面费，可选择OA。

慎投，投稿后就直接是UR，外审期间无任何更新信息，五月份投稿来年一月拒稿，太浪费时间，审稿意见的参考意义也不大，其中一个的审稿意见只有一句话“这篇文章很有意义，但需要修改”

ABS 3星和FMS B类期刊 2022年9月20日投稿 直接显示under review 2023年3月10日外审被拒 体验感不好，外审花了半年多 因为从投稿到拒稿一直显示的是在编辑部初审 所有的进度都是通过邮件沟通…… 最后返回三个人的意见，应该是一负两正。 但是期刊的水准很高，编辑部不太行而已。 这个文章被耽误了太久了，一直没有正反馈真的很挫败。
