2023年8月11日提交；14日under review； 10月12日rejecrt，两个审稿人，审稿人1意见为“However, the reviewer has major reservations about the contribution and execution of the manuscript and Reject is recommended”，审稿人2意见为“It is an important topic at this time. However, several critical concerns need to be addressed before it is ready for publication, which will require major revision”，综合上述意见，主编决定拒稿。

从投稿到录用用了5个半月不到，整体来说效率还算可以。主要收Engineering Management方面的文章，整体要求不算低，但也不是很高，一审和大修基本就是45天，小修基本半个月不到。一审四个审稿人，第一个审稿人没评论几句，就说文章不行，得拒，好在后面三位审稿人一致认为论文不错，一轮大修一轮小修，后面就录了。
